Do we get the same reward as reciting the quran in arabic when we recite it in the transliterated form?
I am yet to learn Arabic, so in the time being I am reciting the Quran in the transliterated English form.So do we get the same reward as when reciting it in Arabic?

Quran is universal. Quran is in arabic simply because our prophet was an arab. So it was revealed according to the culture of the geographical setting. So it Allah is ALL-Knowing and never relinquish his servant( as said in the quran), u already know the answer.

Al Qur'an says the words to convey your life to the right Path of Islam.
If you do not know the meaning you can't follow the rules of Islam.
So it is really very rewardful to recite in translated language
